if you need to quickly turn the program off, hold down the Ctrl key, and click

The program turns on in exactly the same way.
Peculiarities of text correction
To correct layout of the text you entered, you can do the following:
1. To correct the text between the beginning of the line and the current
position of the cursor, simultaneously press the "Ctrl" key and the right
"Windows" key (by default).
2. To correct the last entered word, press "Ctrl" + "Alt"
3. You can also correct any part of the text. To do that, select the desired
fragment, and then press any of the hotkeys combinations.
Since the program automatically detects language of the entered text, you will
not need to do anything else. It is enough to press necessary hotkeys
combination after you entered an incorrect text. The program will automatically
correct the text, and switch to a necessary layout.
It is not recommended to switch between layouts right after the text is entered.
If you use any other programs for layout switching, please make sure that the
hotkeys combinations in these programs are not similar!
If you want the program to correct only the symbols entered using a certain
keyboard layout (without correcting all other symbols), hold an alternative key
down (Shift by default) during converting.
Peculiarities of working with umlauts, etc
There is another fine point in working with “dead keys”. The fact is that the
program does not know particularities of your keyboard and available layouts.
However, in the course of time, it does memorize information about your layouts.
You can easily use the program even if it incorrectly transforms some of the
symbols. All you need is to correct these symbols manually, and the program will
remember them. As times goes by, this operation will become unnecessary. You can
hasten the process of symbol memorization. To do that, run the program you use
most often, and enter step by step all the symbols you enter with the help of
“dead keys”. At the same time, it is also advisable to upper case all these
symbols (holding down the “Shift” key). This operation should be accomplished
for all layouts you use, and for those, which contain “dead keys”. It is
unnecessary to do that for the symbols, which are entered without using the
“dead keys”. To perform these operations, the program should be turned on and
run.
